Herohelix makes original stories, games, and art. We’re the creators of Flux Destiny and the Flux Fantasy TTRPG.

Flux Destiny is an independent manga universe and tabletop RPG. We’ve already built a passionate fanbase, hit our Kickstarter goals, and launched across Webtoon, Patreon, and YouTube — but we’re ready to grow bigger, faster.

That’s where you come in.

We need more eyes, more traffic, and steady growth.

We’re looking for someone who lives online, understands how fandoms spread, and knows how to get attention without corporate babysitting.

Not an agency.

Not a consultant.

Just a self-driven operator who can help more people find Flux Destiny and stick around.

If you love anime, storytelling, fandom culture, and have an instinct for what makes people click, share, and join communities — this is the kind of role that can define your career.

What You’ll Do: Your job is to bring new people into Flux Destiny, get them excited, and help them stick.

You’ll:

• Seek out fans in adjacent communities (Discords, Subreddits, servers, streams)

• Talk to people who love anime, manga, videogames, OCs, RPGs, and worldbuilding

• Grow our Webtoon readership and drive traffic to it weekly.

• Boost our YouTube presence (views, subs, live attendance, Shorts)

• Grow and maintain our email list for announcements and launches

• Post and optimize across TikTok, X, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube

• Comment on high-traffic posts as a friendly “welcome wagon”

• Bring new faces into livestreams and events

• Spark collaborations with nearby communities and creators

• Help curious fans join Patreon and explore the TTRPG

• Drop lore moments and memes wherever they naturally fit

• Run and track paid ad tests (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to find what works.

• Report what’s working (and what’s not) without fluff

Your work will help drive revenue through streams like:

• Patreon memberships

• OC Canonization

• Physical merch & drops

• Digital products

• Events and more

Who You Are

• You’re obsessed with fandoms, creators, and how stories spread online.

• You get the culture around anime, manga, games, and TTRPGs — and you understand what excites that audience (18–34, male and female).

• You understand why people join Discords, Patreons, and Kickstarters.

• You know what makes someone click, share, or comment

• You’d rather be in a small, creative studio where your work actually matters than a big faceless company.

• You don’t need micromanaging

• You like the idea of saying “I helped make that blow up.”

• Extra points if you:

• Already run a TikTok, Discord, subreddit, or community

• Have edited short-form video content

• Understand meme ecosystems

This Role Will Feel Amazing If

• You love testing ideas

• You love seeing numbers go up

• You get excited when strangers discover cool worlds

• You want responsibility now, not “in 5 corporate years”

• You need permission for every post

• You’re afraid of trying things publicly
